1. Because Argentine beef is cheaper and can be frozen for export, American beef is not exported in the international market 

2. Argentine farmers and beef buyers made money, but American farmers and related workers suffered losses. 

3. The primary industry of beef is raising cattle, the secondary industry is processing and freezing beef, and the tertiary industry is transporting and selling beef.

 4. Since the United States is better at making beef while Argentina is better at corn, it is best for the United States to export beef and Argentina to export corn.
