The Three things that I learned from this topic have given me a better idea of how different groups experienced Canada in different ways. The first thing that I have learned is that Nellie McClung was a well-known activist in the women's voting rights movement. She was able to work with different activists to campaign for women's rights, particularly the right to vote, and was able to bring about significant political changes in the country. The second thing that I have Learned is that French-speaking Canadians didn't have the same level of support for the British Empire as the English-speaking Canadians, which resulted in tension, particularly during war periods. The third thing that I have learned is that the Indigenous people were mistreated by the Canadian government, particularly through unfair laws and policies that tried to control their culture and the way of life.
