Sleep helps your body rest, grow, and stay healthy. It also improves memory and focus.

2. What happens in the five stages of sleep?

  • Stage 3–4: Deep sleep (body repairs)
  • Stage 5: REM sleep (dreaming, brain works)

3. How much sleep do teenagers need?
About 7-8 hours each night.
