Four types of cardio:

  1. Walking 
  2. Running
  3. Cycling
  4. Swimming 

2. What is strength exercise? Explain four ways to do it.

Strength exercise helps build muscles and make the body stronger.

Four ways to do strength exercise:

  1. Lifting weights 
  2. Bodyweight exercises 
  3. Resistance bands 
  4. Weight machines 

3. What is the difference between flexibility and mobility?

  • Flexibility is how far a muscle can stretch.
  • Mobility is how well a joint can move through its full range of motion.

Example:
You may have flexible legs, but mobility also includes strength and control when moving.

4. What is the difference between static stretching and dynamic stretching?

  • Static stretching: Holding a stretch in one position for a period of time.
    Example: Touching your toes and holding for 20 seconds.
  • Dynamic stretching: Moving while stretching the muscles.
