When starting a new habit, should people start small or big? Why?  

Start small because small habits are easier to build and maintain.
What is “pairing” and how do you use it to start a habit? Pairing means connecting a new habit to something you already do every day.
 What is accountability and how do you use it for habits? Accountability means having someone remind or support you to stay on track. 
If you want to eat healthier, how can you optimize your environment? 
To eat healthier, people can keep healthy food at home and avoid buying junk food.
 How can people overcome bad habits? People can overcome bad habits by avoiding triggers and practicing better habits daily.
 What is a safeguard? Give an example. A safeguard is a rule or tool that prevents bad choices. Example: blocking social media during study time. What is the difference between an abstainer and a moderator? Which one are you? Abstainers completely avoid something, while moderators allow small amounts with control.
