  4. To eat healthier, people can remove junk food from their house and keep healthy snacks nearby. They can also spend time with healthy people.
  5. People can overcome bad habits by avoiding triggers, making plans, and replacing bad habits with better ones.
  6. A safeguard is something that stops you from going back to a bad habit. For example, if someone spends too much time on social media, they can delete the app from their phone.
  7. An abstainer completely avoids something, while a moderator only has a small amount sometimes. I think I am more of a moderator because balance is easier for me.
