1: Reframing Stress

  1. I am stressed about upcoming school assignments and tests.
  2. One practical thing I can do is make a study schedule and finish homework earlier.
  3. It probably will not be as bad as I fear because I have prepared for tests before and usually do okay.
  4. I know I can handle it because I work hard and ask for help when I need it.
  5. One good thing about the situation is that studying helps me learn new things and improve my grades.

The stress management method I liked best was exercise because it made me feel more relaxed, energetic, and happier very quickly.
