Good relationships give us support, trust, love, and connection. They can reduce stress and make people feel happier and healthier.

2. What is the “magic ratio” in relationships?
The “magic ratio” is 5 positive interactions for every 1 negative interaction. Healthy relationships usually have more positive moments than negative ones.

3. What are three ways we show others that we value them for who they are?

  • Listening carefully

  • Respecting their feelings and opinions

  • Supporting and encouraging them

4. What are the Five Love Languages? Which love language do you think is your primary one?

Five love languaes:

  • Words of Affirmation

I think my primary love language would be Quality Time because spending meaningful time together helps build strong relationships.

5. Are conflicts a bad thing in relationships? Why?
No. Conflicts are normal. If people communicate respectfully, conflicts can help relationships grow stronger and improve understanding.

The video shows that sometimes people do not want advice or solutions. They just want someone to listen and understand their feelings.

We can inspire others by being supportive, setting a good example, encouraging them kindly, and being patient with them
