  1. What’s the difference between a meaningful purpose and a non-meaningful one?
A meaningful purpose helps other people or improves your life in a positive way for a long time. It gives you happiness and fulfillment.
A non-meaningful purpose is usually only about short-term pleasure, money, popularity, or avoiding problems.

What are the four levels of motivation, and which ones are meaningful?

Level 1: Fear – doing something to avoid punishment.

Level 2: Reward – doing something for money, prizes, or praise.

Level 3: Personal Growth – doing something to improve yourself.

Level 4: Purpose/Contribution – doing something to help others or make a difference.

The most meaningful levels are Level 3 and Level 4 because they focus on growth and contribution.

  1. How do personality tests help with finding your purpose? Give an example.

Personality tests help people understand their strengths, interests, and values. This can help them choose goals or careers that fit who they are.

Example:
If someone is caring and enjoys helping others, they may find purpose in becoming a teacher, nurse, or counselor.

  1. How can people find meaning in something that they don’t enjoy right now?

People can find meaning by focusing on the long-term benefits, helping others, or seeing how the activity helps them grow.

Example:
A student may not enjoy studying, but they can find meaning because education helps them build a better future.
