Radical

the \( \sqrt[]{} \) symbol that is used to denote square root or nth roots.


Radical Expression

an expression containing a square root. E.g: \( \sqrt[]{5}, \sqrt[]{y} +1, \sqrt[6]{15}, and \pm 5\sqrt[]{9} \).


Rational Number

 a number that can be expressed as fraction containing integers. E.g: \( \frac{3}{5} \)
