Instructions:

What you are doing: 

You will present an analysis of a short story so that your classmates will come to understand the story on a deeper level. You will be responsible for presenting all of the literary elements studied in class - plot, character, setting, theme, and conflict. 

1. Read the story 

2. Summarize the story in your own words (not more than one PowerPoint slide) 

3. Analyse the story for the following: all literary elements, symbolism, and message/meaning of the story 

4. Explain the information with quotes, in-text citations, and examples 


Presentation is Wednesday, September 18th (10-20 minutes)
