Informative Essay: The main purpose of writing an informative essay is to provide detailed and comprehensive information about a particular subject, topic or issue. Its purpose is to educate, explain, or persuade through an in-depth exploration of the subject matter.
Abstract: In contrast, an abstract is written to condense and capture the main ideas, main points, and essential details of a larger article or topic. The purpose of a summary is to provide a concise overview, not to explore the topic in depth.
Length and Details:

As to when one needs to acquire the skill of writing abstracts, it is relevant to one's life in a variety of situations:
Students are often required to write summaries as part of assignments, exams, and research projects. The ability to summarize effectively can greatly improve academic performance. In the workplace, professionals are often required to provide concise summaries in reports, emails, and presentations in order to effectively communicate key information to coworkers and superiors.

Writing requires more words and is more detailed than writing, while writing only needs to contain a few important points and be supported by key content, without the need for a lengthy essay. It is often used when making summaries and outlines in life.

Enzo, be careful! How does writing require more details than writing? You missed the key words in that sentence.

The goal of writing is usually to express the author's opinions, ideas, or stories, and to convey feelings, thoughts, or information through words.
The goal of informational text is to convey facts, data, or information with less emphasis on the author's personal views or feelings.
The goal of writing a summary is to list the core information of the text and present the main ideas, conclusions, and points in a more concise manner.
I use writing the most at this stage.

Writing an informative article requires detailed information about the topic, while an abstract condenses the detailed information about the topic into a simplified version. Both of these skills will be of great help to my academic assignments or reports in the future.

In my opinion, the biggest difference between summary and information essay lies in the description of details. An information essay is an in-depth description of the topic, more details and explanations. summary, on the other hand, compresses the whole article and summarizes the whole article on the premise of expressing some details.

Writing an informational text involves providing detailed information with facts, explanations, and examples, and is structured with sections and headings. Summaries, on the other hand, condense the main points into a brief overview, focusing only on key ideas. This skill is important during school for essays and reports, and in your career for creating detailed documents like business reports and manuals.

Writing an informational text means I provide detailed explanations on a topic, while a summary condenses the main points of a larger text. I'll need these skills in school, work reports, or everyday communication.
