To be a Canadian citizen means to share in a particular set of values and obligations that come from living in our democracy.
Fundamental freedom:
freedom of conscience and religion
freedom of thought, belief, opinion, and expression
freedom of peaceful assembly, and freedom of association.
Mobility rights:
the right to live and work in any province or territory.
Legal rights:
the right to not be detained or imprisoned without a good case,
the right to be informed promptly of the reasons for arrest,
the right to a lawyer without delay, and to not be imprisoned without the existence of a crime,
the right to be presumed innocent until proven guilty
the right not to be subjected to cruel and unusual treatment or punishment.
Equality rights:
the right to equal treatment by the law and protection from discrimination based on race national or ethnic origin, color, religion, age, sex, or mental or physical disability.
Official languages of Canada:
the right to access the government of Canada in English or French
Minority language educational rights:
the right to education in English or French where there are significant numbers of students.
It’s because some organizations or individuals sometimes challenge laws or regulations. After all, they do not meet the Charter requirements. Therefore, the courts decide whether a law is acceptable which is a power that has created considerable controversy, this action makes the rights have limitations.

Constitutional restrictions on freedom prevent human beings from harming others, from harming the rights of others. I think the rights of thought, belief, opinion, and expression, the right to equal treatment by the law and protection from discrimination based on race national or ethnic origin, color, religion, age, sex, or mental or physical disability, and the right to not be detained or imprisoned without a good case is the most important rights for Canadian citizens. Because it protects citizens from discrimination and gives them the freedom of speech and it impacts the depend of the law.
The right to live in any province of Canada and the right to be protected from being beaten up, the right to be free from sexual harassment are rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The right to be protected from assault does not directly affect the rights of others, except in cases of self-defense, which may involve the rights of the attacker, but attacking others is generally not permitted by law. The right to be free from sexual harassment may affect the rights of others, particularly those who may engage in harassing behavior. Similarly, when it comes to development, sexual harassment of others is not allowed.

Yes, I do think giving up personal freedom for safety is a good tradeoff. Because with security, there is space for thinking to show off true human rights, and only when security is ensured can there be real freedom.
These policies have an impact on the people who take revenge on the world, because it reduces the space for them to commit crimes. If I were them, I would become very angry (drug dealers are also easy to detect) and think of other ways to take revenge on society.
