  1. Sleep is important because it helps the body repair itself, clean waste from the brain, and improve memory. It also helps people stay healthy and focused.
  2. In the five stages of sleep, people first feel drowsy, then enter light sleep, moderate sleep, deep sleep, and finally REM sleep where dreams happen.
  3. Teenagers need about 9 hours of sleep on average.
  4. Some good evening routine activities are meditating, journaling, taking a warm shower, and avoiding phones before bed.
  5. A good sleep environment should be dark, quiet, and cool. People should also avoid using electronic devices in bed.
  6. “Money Time Sleep” is the sleep between 10PM and 2AM because the body gets the most recovery and healing during that time.
  7. I want to try avoiding screens before bed and exercising during the day because I think they can help me sleep better.
